Well well well, I haven't been here in a while. Its so unfamiliar to me! I think I forgot how to write, READ, THINK!!
Ok soo, WHEW a LOT has been happening around here in the life of me. Yes, a lot people. Ohhh goodness!
Let me start by saying that, well, about 3 weeks ago I got into a bad accident with a semi-truck and my car was smooshed. Ok, so I didn't get in a wreck DIRECTLY WITH the semi-truck but its what caused the whole shabang of a 6 car pile up, and one of them happened to be mine beloved. Yes, only 5 months after getting my new car it looked like a pickinese dog's face. Actually, I'll show you. How bout that? Huh?
Here it was...

Yes, it is hard to stomach, I know. BUT good things come to those who spend money on good things! In the end...it was fixed, and here it is now:

...a brand new person.
So, anyway...that's not the end of my misfortunes.
The other day I got a letter from American Xpress. Yep, you know what that means! I'm special!

But once I realized who it was from my countenance gloomed right over a cliff of scaryness. Yes, it was from the...Sheriff

. After seeing this I gave it back to the post lady and told her I didn't want it! Kill it, tear it, burn it, eat it! I didn't want it! It was too late however, I had already signed for it and gave away the contract of my life.
I opened it, expecting the worst possible case: Did I steal something? Kill someone? AM I STOLEN!? Am I an illegal alien? Am I a real person!?? All these thoughts came to mind and then it happened! ...I read it.
The first sentence of the legal letter said a lot of words but all I saw was: "YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO COURT". People, I almost died. My life changed forever and I was too afraid to read further. I drove to work with the letter unread. As soon as I got there I ran to the nearest employee and made them read it to me. The full sentence read:
CORRIE RODRIGUEZ, YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO COURT FOR....JURY DUTY.
Whew! That was a close one!
